About

The Association Projets Artistes Échanges Culturels (PAEC) is an international non-profit organisation, legally founded in France in August 2024. Its head office and administrative office are at 32 rue Louis Denis Mallet, 33130 Bègles, in the Bordeaux area of France.

Driven by a strategic vision and a love of the arts, PAEC works in depth in the performing and creative arts, connecting humanist values and promoting the sustainable development of culture worldwide.

Mission and strategic goals

PAEC was founded to be a launchpad for artistic talent and an ambassador between cultures, through two core goals:

Promoting international cultural exchange

PAEC designs, initiates and organises cultural events and large-scale art programmes in France and internationally. We are proud to act as a lasting bridge of cultural diplomacy, fostering dialogue, understanding and artistic exchange between France/Europe and Asia, with a particular focus on Vietnam.

Supporting and developing artists

We are committed to providing comprehensive support, from professional advice and strategic management to long-term accompaniment of artists. PAEC works continually to promote and showcase outstanding creative work, helping artists to reach, integrate into and establish themselves on the international art scene.
